Hummus    

 

 

Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
3 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp tamari soy sauce

 

Method:

Fresh chopped herbs e.g.: coriander, parsley, basil.

 

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
